Working directly with me

I help turn business workflows into working software: automations, document assistants, private AI systems, internal tools, and integrations. You work with me to define the problem and the implementation.

You speak with the person writing the software. I’ll ask you to walk me through the process, explain the options, and discuss the limitations before recommending what to build.

How I approach a project

I start by understanding how the work gets done now and what you want to improve. We agree how to judge the result, test examples that are likely to cause problems, and account for the integrations and maintenance the software will need.

I’m interested in private AI because deployment choices determine what a business can do with sensitive information. The right answer depends on your data requirements, workload, and operating capacity.

Why publish the details?

The engineering library explains how to reason about these systems. It gives you a way to assess the approach before an engagement, and gives your technical team material it can use.

The guides describe reference designs and evaluation methods. They are not presented as client case studies or measured project results. Technical examples identify their assumptions and point to primary documentation.
